Next Level Consulting Solutions in Brisbane seeks an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead site delivery on major civil projects across roads, bridges and earthworks. You will take ownership of on-site execution, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with the engineering and project management team.

The role offers a lucrative package ($170,000–$180,000 plus super), DIDO/FIFO as required, and regional work.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor capable of taking ownership of site delivery. Depending on the project, you could be involved with:

• Roads and pavements
• Bridges and structures
• Bulk earthworks
• Piling and concrete
• Major regional infrastructure

Projects can range through to well over $100 million. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and daily works while working closely with the engineering and project management team to keep safety, quality and production where they need to be.

Who will suit it?

We aren't looking for somebody because they have the perfect collection of words on their resume. We want someone who knows civil construction. You will ideally have come through a recognised civil contractor and have experience supervising significant road, earthworks, structures or infrastructure projects. Just as importantly, you need to be someone who can lead people, communicate with engineers and management, think ahead and deal with problems when they inevitably arrive. There will be DIDO/FIFO and regional work depending on the project, so you need to be comfortable with that.

The package

$170,000–$180,000 + super depending on experience, together with a company ute and fuel card.
