Job summary

RMS Engineering & Construction in Townsville is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to lead on-site delivery across multiple civil projects. You will manage site crews, coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors, and ensure works meet safety, schedule and budget expectations.

• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor.

• Lead by example and provide clear direction.

About the Role

As Civil Construction Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading site crews and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of civil construction works.
