Job summary

DE-Construct Pty Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Supervisor with civil operations experience to oversee on-site crews across South Australia. The role focuses on safety, quality, and environment while coordinating with a range of stakeholders to deliver projects.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and the ability to guide crews through complex tasks, ensuring adherence to client and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in civil operations is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil crews on site.
• Ensure compliance with client and company policies and procedures.
• Promote safety, quality and teamwork among crew members.
• Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate works and resolve on-site issues.
• Provide direction and practical solutions to site challenges.

What DE-Construct is looking for in this Role

Supervisor experience in Civil operations

Demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials,
and equipment. For example, slab and paving preparation

Promoting, supporting, and facilitating a positive, visible teamwork attitude among all crew members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

Leading crew compliance with client and company policies and procedures

Good verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate the ability to provide direction and problem solve with your team

Drivers Licence

Right to work in Australia

Highly regarded but not essential;

National Police Clearance

DCSI Clearance

Relevant plant operating tickets or trade tickets

MR or HR Truck licence
