Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for projects around Perth, WA. The role involves hands-on supervision, leading crews and subcontractors, and delivering site work from start to finish.

The position offers a permanent, full-time opportunity with a strong pipeline of residential subdivision and land development projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Civil Supervisor
• White Card
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current WA Driver's Licence

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities
• Lead site crews and subcontractors, allocating resources and monitoring productivity
• Work closely with Project Managers to achieve programme, cost, quality and safety targets
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, engineers and other project stakeholders
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the project team
• Maintain high standards across HSEQ and site compliance
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact programme or productivity
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and project documentation
