Job summary

QLD Complete Contracting Services in Mackay, QLD, seeks a Civil Site Supervisor to lead earthworks, drainage and remediation projects across mining sites. You will manage field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and QA at every stage.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a 5/2 roster, camp and meals fully covered, and a company vehicle. You will be the main client-facing presence on site.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee field operations across civil site packages:

Lead daily site pre-starts, crew allocations, and subcontractor coordination.

Drive production on bulk earthworks, site drainage, and specialised structural concrete remediation.

Enforce zero-harm safety standards, risk assessments, and QA sign-offs.

Coordinate plant mobilisation, concrete deliveries, and material supply.

Act as the primary face of QCCS with client site superintendents.

What You Bring

Proven background supervising civil earthworks, drainage, or commercial/industrial concrete.

Strong leadership presence—able to run a tight crew and hit daily programme targets safely.

Valid S1, S2, S3 supervisor competencies (or ability to obtain before start).

Current C-class Manual Driver’s Licence & Construction White Card.

Advantageous: G2, Current Standard 11, or Coal Board Medical (company assistance available for renewals).
