Brunel is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a major transport infrastructure project in Australia. You will oversee roadworks, earthworks and drainage, coordinating live traffic and staged construction while leading crews and subcontractors to meet the program milestones.

About This Role

Working closely with the project delivery team, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating daily construction activities


• Supervising crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment


• Overseeing roadworks, pavements, earthworks, drainage and associated civil works


• Coordinating works around live traffic and staged construction requirements


• Monitoring site productivity against the construction program


• Maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards


• Resolving site and constructability issues as they arise


• Working closely with Engineers and Project Managers to keep works progressing

Requirements

We're looking for:

• Experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction


• Proven experience delivering significant TMR projects


• Strong background across roadworks and civil infrastructure


• Experience across pavements, earthworks and drainage


• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and subcontractors


• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills


• Sound knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements


• Full Australian working rights
