Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Civil Foreman to oversee day-to-day site activities across subdivision and civil projects in Queensland. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors and resources to keep works progressing safely and to programme.

You will monitor construction progress, maintain quality standards and ensure works meet specifications. A current White Card and driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Foreman, ideally across subdivision projects.
• Experience in bulk earthworks, civil construction and roadworks.
• Ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety and construction quality.
