Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction.
• Proven experience delivering significant road/transport projects.
• Strong background across pavements, earthworks and drainage.

• Knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating daily construction activities.
• Supervising crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment.
• Overseeing roadworks, pavements, earthworks, drainage and related civil works.
• Coordinating works around live traffic and staged construction requirements.
• Monitoring site productivity against the construction program.
• Maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Resolving site and constructability issues as they arise.
• Collaboration with engineers and project managers to progress works.
