You will oversee technical guidance, risk, QA, and cross-office collaboration, balancing workload and promoting measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with 10+ years in consulting/engineering.
• Proven leadership of teams and projects with client focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration.
• Experience in civil land development and building projects.
• Proactive, strategic mindset with business growth focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead project delivery from concept to construction with technical excellence.
• Engage clients and grow relationships; identify opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Oversee finances: proposals, resourcing, budgeting, profitability.
• Mentor engineers, modellers and drafters; foster high performance.
• Peer review designs and docs for quality and compliance.
• Represent the business in meetings, presentations and forums.
• Drive continual improvement of systems and design standards.
