Stantec is seeking a Project Technical Lead/Team Lead to join its Civil team in Sydney. You will drive business growth through client engagement, mentor staff, and oversee project delivery from concept to construction with strong technical guidance and risk management.

You’ll be responsible for financial oversight, strategic planning, and promoting collaboration across offices while upholding quality and standards. A Bachelor’s degree and leadership experience are required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
CPEng accreditation desirable; RDP pathway desirable.
Experience leading civil design teams on land development and building projects.
Strong leadership, client relationship and strategic growth capability.
Proficiency with CAD platforms; Civil 3D, DRAINS and MUSIC knowledge preferred.
