Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Civil Leading Hand to lead on-site earthworks and civil construction across NSW projects, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You’ll work closely with Supervisors and Project Teams to keep works on schedule and within budget.

The role requires proven crew leadership, earthworks experience, familiarity with survey equipment, and plant operation tickets. A Construction White Card and a current driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Civil Leading Hand on earthworks or civil projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead onsite crews and promote safety.
• Experience using civil survey equipment to support earthworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite earthworks and civil construction activities.
• Coordinate daily works with Supervisors and project teams.
• Promote safety culture and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
