Job summary

Nobul Recruitment is seeking a switched-on Civil Leading Hand to join a well-established civil contractor in Morayfield, Queensland, to lead crews across major road works and subdivisions. This is a hands-on, site-based role with real project impact.

The role requires 4–5 years in civil construction with a focus on roads and subdivisions. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities and work with Site Supervisors to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of civil construction experience.
• Solid background across roads and subdivisions.
• Previous Leading Hand experience or ready to step up.
• Reliable, motivated and hungry to progress.
• Strong communication and a get-it-done attitude.
• Machine Tickets (excavator, skid-steer, roller, loader etc.) Highly Regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews across road construction, subdivisions & general civil works.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and keep projects moving.
• Work alongside Site Supervisors and project teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Hands-on role for someone who knows civil construction and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
