AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Site Engineer to lead civil infrastructure projects in Queensland. You will oversee planning, delivery and close-out, balancing technical, safety and commercial requirements with a collaborative, performance-driven team.

Strong client and stakeholder engagement is essential to success. Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering degree and have proven delivery experience across roads, bridges or transport schemes, with familiarity in contract forms

Formación

Degree in Civil Engineering (or related) recognised by Engineers Australia.
Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects (roads/bridges/transport).
Experience with project development, construction delivery & contract administration.
Strong governance, quality, safety & risk management.

Responsabilidades

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of civil infrastructure projects within scope, schedule and budget.
Provide project leadership across lifecycle from planning to close-out.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams to achieve objectives.
Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities to keep projects on track.
Oversee budgets, forecasting, cash flow and commercial performance.
Ensure governance, reporting and controls provide confidence in project delivery.
