Job summary

ameygroupi in Rockhampton seeks a Civil Engineer to contribute to project delivery and client liaison. You will assist with proposals, reports, applications, and other submissions, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and timeframes.

You will manage project finances including invoicing and cost tracking, coordinate with authorities, and support business development while acting as the Superintendent's representative on construction contracts. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
Minimum 4+ years of professional engineering experience.
Experience with the development approval process with Local Authorities.

Responsibilities

Assisting with preparation of Proposals, Reports, Applications, and other Submissions.
Assessment and documentation of clients’ requirements and preparation of contracts.
Assessment and monitoring of the status and performance of projects with a focus on delivery of contract requirements within specified timeframes.
Responsible for the project finance, including invoicing, cost tracking, variations etc.
Liaison with the client and approval authorities regarding performance and delivery of contract requirements.
Fostering of Business Development opportunities.
Act as the Superintendents representative for our construction contracts.
