Job summary

ameygroupi in Rockhampton seeks a Civil Engineer to contribute to project delivery and client liaison. You will assist with proposals, reports, applications, and other submissions, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and timeframes.

You will manage project finances including invoicing and cost tracking, coordinate with authorities, and support business development while acting as the Superintendent's representative on construction contracts. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with the development approval process with Local Authorities.

Required experience

• A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in professional engineering services.

• Exposure to a broad range of engineering issues and concepts.
• Knowledge of systems and procedures relating to the role, including practical knowledge, principles and methods of engineering, and relevant codes, standards and engineering legislation.
• Ability to use information technology, including AutoCAD, 12D Solutions, Microsoft Office Programs and any other applicable software packages.
