Job summary

Keystone Civil in Geelong, Victoria, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects across regional Victoria and surrounding areas. • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Graduate Engineers, and the broader delivery team.
• Mentor and develop both direct and indirect reports to build capability and performance.
• Manage project Profit & Loss, closely monitoring budgets, costs, and productivity.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Own project scheduling, ensuring programs are tracked, updated, and aligned with critical paths, key milestones, procurement timelines, and client requirements.
• Monitor contractual entitlements and manage any program slippage.
• Lead procurement activities for assigned projects.
• Oversee project QC/QA and HSEQ compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive a positive team culture aligned with Keystone’s values.

Senior Project Manager

Due to strong growth within the region, we are seeking an additional Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Geelong. With approximately 70 employees, our focus is not on being the biggest, but on being the best at what we do.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering civil infrastructure projects across regional Victoria and surrounding areas.
