Stantec in Springfield Central is seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join the Community Development team. You will work on land development, road infrastructure, and multi-disciplinary projects for councils, government and private developers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Designer across urban, land development, and subdivision projects.
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering/design.
• Strong proficiency in 12D software.
• Working knowledge of local authority and state approval processes.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D, including land development and subdivisions.
• Prepare road infrastructure designs and stormwater drainage, sewer, and water systems.
• Interpret and apply design requirements across State and Local Government standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, landscaping).
• Engage with clients to understand project needs and contribute to successful outcomes.
