The role offers end‑to‑end involvement in urban development design projects, from initial concept through to delivery. It is suited to an experienced designer at senior level who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and keen to take on broader responsibility.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will take ownership of design packages while also contributing to site inspections, mentoring junior staff, and supporting project delivery. As the role develops, there is scope to build and lead a small team.
