Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for its South East Queensland Community Development team. Based in Springfield or Brisbane, you will lead civil design and project delivery for urban and subdivision projects, with potential to contribute to Brisbane 2032 infrastructure programs.

Strong client liaison and leadership are essential. You will ensure compliance with Australian standards, mentor junior staff, and support business development while advancing large-scale master planned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Experience in design and project delivery of civil infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and state requirements.
• CP Eng and/or RPEQ registration or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and project delivery for land, urban, and subdivisions.
• Provide construction phase support, design reviews, and QA audits.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Manage clients, consultants, and project profitability.
