Job summary

RoadTek in Toowoomba is seeking a Construction Worker (Supervisor) to oversee civil construction and maintenance projects across the Downs South West Queensland region. You will lead project teams, coordinate labour, plant and equipment, and ensure quality, safety and client requirements are met.

You will manage multiple priorities, foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and support workforce development through coaching and mentoring while promoting continuous improvement on

Qualifications

Mandatory: Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.
Certificate III in Civil Construction (or ability to obtain required competencies within 36 months).
Ability to travel across the Downs South West region as required.
Ability to meet pre-employment medical and workplace Drug and Alcohol Policy requirements.
Desirable: Certificate IV in Civil Supervision (Leadership and Management) or willingness to obtain within 36 months.

Responsibilities

Supervise civil construction and maintenance projects from planning through to completion.
Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve project goals.
Coordinate labour, plant and equipment resources to meet delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate project records and site documentation.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
