Job summary

Gridlock Civil (SA) Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Civil Construction/Infrastructure Site Manager to lead projects across the metro area.

The role is full-time with day shifts, and occasional night or weekend work to meet project schedules. You will manage site crews, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader who can manage a Civil Infrastructure crew.
• Current MR truck licence preferred.
• White Card required.
• Strong work ethic, punctual and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams across civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate day, night, and weekend works as project schedules require.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors as needed.

Civil Construction/Infrastructure Site Manager
Full Time

We are a well-established civil construction company specialising in the installation of infrastructure trenching, as well as footpath and street-greening projects across Adelaide. Our work includes ongoing projects with SA Power Networks and various local councils.

This is a varied role working across a range of civil construction projects. While the majority of work at times is undertaken during day shifts, flexibility is required to support Night and Weekend works when our project schedules and client requirements call for it.

About the Role

• Full Time position
• We are looking for someone that is adaptable, and happy to work with the team to meet project requirements which can include some projects that must be completed at Night.
• Must be a hands on leader, that can manage employees for Civil Infrastructure works.
• Current truck licence (MR preferred)
• White Card
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work well in a team
