Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction or earthworks.
• Hold valid tickets for Skid Steer and Rollers or proven competency.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) is required.
• Valid Driver's Licence (C Class) with reliable transport.
• Fit, reliable and team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• General civil labouring duties (trenching, pipe laying, pit installation, site prep, cleanup).
• Safe operation of plant equipment, specifically Skid Steer (Bobcat) and Civil Rollers.
• Assisting with earthworks, paving, and road construction tasks / Basic site maintenance and manual handling.
• Adhering to site health, safety and environmental standards.

Job Title: General Labourers - Machine Operators Location: Adelaide SA Employment Type: Full-Time / Casual with view to Permanent Pay Rate: $38.75 - $45/ hr + Super + Overtime

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Civil Labourers to join our growing civil construction team for immediate start across local infrastructure projects. If you are a hands-on worker looking to expand your skills, operate plant machinery, and build a long-term career in civil construction, this is the opportunity for you. We actively invest in our team and offer a clear HR Truck Licence Pathway - we will support and train eligible candidates to gain their Heavy Rigid licence on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• General civil labouring duties (trenching, pipe laying, pit installation, site prep, and cleanup).
• Safe operation of plant equipment, specifically Skid Steer (Bobcat) and Civil Rollers .
• Assisting with earthworks, paving, and road construction tasks / Basic site maintenance and manual handling.
• Adhering strictly to site health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in civil construction or earthworks.
• Valid tickets for Skid Steer and Rollers (or proven competency).
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) .
• Valid Driver's Licence (C Class) and reliable transport.
• Fit and reliable, with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• HR Driver's Licence is highly regarded, but not required (pathway provided).
