Job summary

Fetch Recruitment seeks motivated Civil Labourers to join long-term civil construction projects across Adelaide's northern suburbs. Ongoing hours with travel and meal allowances, plus temp-to-perm opportunities, are available as projects expand.

You'll perform trenching, site prep, and assist with set out, drainage, and landscaping, with opportunities to operate ticketed plant and progress with upskilling on Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy and Excavator.

Qualifications

• Current White Card.
• Driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Previous experience in civil construction or labouring.
• Plant and machinery tickets are highly desirable.
• Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen.
• Reliable, safety-focused and eager to be part of a productive crew.

Responsibilities

• General civil labouring including trenching, site preparation and manual tasks.
• Assisting with set out, measurements and levels.
• Supporting concreting, drainage, pipe laying and landscaping crews.
• Operating plant and equipment where appropriately ticketed (Roller, Loader, Moxy and other machinery).
• Site establishment, fencing, traffic management support and material handling.
• Spotting machinery and maintaining a safe work environment.

Civil Labourers | Ongoing Civil Construction Projects | Northern Adelaide

Fetch Recruitment is seeking motivated and dependable Civil Labourers to join long-term civil construction projects throughout Adelaide's northern suburbs. Our clients have secured multiple new stages of work, creating immediate opportunities for labourers looking for consistent hours and long-term employment. You'll be involved in a variety of civil construction projects including subdivisions, roadworks, drainage, pipelines and landscaping.

Your Responsibilities

• General civil labouring including trenching, site preparation and manual tasks
• Assisting with set out, measurements and levels
• Supporting concreting, drainage, pipe laying and landscaping crews
• Operating plant and equipment where appropriately ticketed (Roller, Loader, Moxy and other machinery)
• Site establishment, fencing, traffic management support and material handling
• Spotting machinery and maintaining a safe work environment

• $38.74 - $40.99 per hour (depending on experience and machinery tickets)
• $22.41 per day travel allowance
• $19.74 per day meal allowance (after 9.5 hours worked)
• Penalty rates paid on all overtime
• Ongoing work with consistent weekly hours
• Temp-to-perm opportunities, with reviews at 3 and 6 months
• Opportunity to upskill and obtain additional plant tickets including Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy and Excavator
