About Our Client

Our client is a respected commercial construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout Queensland. With a focus on safety, innovation and client satisfaction, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project delivery and support continued business growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing commercial construction projects from planning through to completion
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules and resource allocation
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Maintaining compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
• Conducting site inspections and quality assurance reviews
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships
• Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions

What You Will Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry and/or demonstrated Project Management experience
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to be based in the Mackay and Whitsunday Regions
• Willingness to travel throughout Queensland as required
