Job summary

Add Staff seeks an experienced Site Manager for commercial projects in South East Queensland. You will own projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, programme and client expectations are met.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary package of AUD 160,000–180,000 plus super, with diverse projects typically ranging from AUD 5M to AUD 20M and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project programmes.
• High attention to quality, safety and client outcomes.
• QBCC Supervisor Licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; training in Breadcrumb and Procore provided.
• Deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and the project team.
• Foster a positive and professional site culture.
