Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Mackay and Whitsunday Regions. You will oversee project planning, contracts, budgets, procurement and client relationships from commencement through to completion.

The role requires a Certificate III in Carpentry and/or Project Management experience, 2-5 years' PM experience on Australian projects, a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, White Card and CPR/First Aid, with a strong focus on WHS and site compliance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Carpentry and/or Project Management experience is required.
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as Project Manager on Australian commercial construction projects.
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, CPR/First Aid certifications, and White Card (Construction Induction) are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion, including planning, contracts, budgets, procurement and client relationships.
