Job summary

Queensland Civil Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, delivery and administration of civil construction projects across South East Queensland. You will work closely with Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The role focuses on coordinating documentation, procurement, subcontractor management, client communications, scheduling, reporting and compliance for civil

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or administration.
• Understanding of civil construction project delivery (preferred).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers in delivering civil projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources and procurement.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, compliance documents and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, registers and reporting systems.
• Monitor project costs, variations, material purchases and budgets.
• Liaise with internal staff, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track milestones and assist in maintaining construction programs.
• Maintain project records per company systems and procedures.
