• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role within civil construction.
• Strong experience in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage or similar.
• Proven ability to manage programme and cost performance.
• Confident leading teams and subcontractors on active sites.
• Sound understanding of WHS obligations and site compliance.
• Strong communication skills with clients, engineers and suppliers.
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Civil Construction Foreman / Supervisor

The Role

You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations including:

• Leading all on-site construction activities including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors

• Managing programme to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

• Monitoring productivity and cost performance to protect project margins

• Driving safety culture and ensuring compliance with all WHS and environmental requirements

• Working closely with the Construction Manager to manage variations, risks and client expectations

• Mentoring and developing colleages and site teams

• Maintaining accurate site records, reporting and documentation

You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You
