As the Civil Engineering Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers in design and works.
• Manage the delivery of civil design projects including large staged residential subdivisions, smaller residential developments, and rural lot subdivisions.
• Oversee project management, inspections, and certification of engineering designs.
• Drive business development and client engagement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
