Job summary

Kent Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman for our Adelaide metropolitan projects. You will supervise a crew of 4–6, operate and coordinate daily civil works, and ensure WHS and QA compliance while reporting to management.

The role runs 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday with five weeks' annual leave. You will work with a team that values quality workmanship and reliable resources to deliver first-class outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• WHS and QA awareness and compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role supervising a crew of operators/construction workers.

We are seeking an experienced civil construction supervisor to work with an experienced crew of 4 -6 people.

About the role –

Hands on role, including machine operation and coordinating day to day civil construction activities.

Working closely with the project management team regarding service and production targets.

Will be responsible for your own crew of operators / construction workers to manage.

Overseeing WHS and QA requirements on site.

Construction Induction certification and relevant high risk work tickets are required.

Standard working hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Skills & Experience –

Previous civil project delivery experience in carparks, paving prep, roads, footpaths, earthworks, storm water and creek works.

Experience in skidsteer, excavator, loader operations.

Ability to interpret construction drawings.

Ability to interpret and setout survey levels, including calculating grades.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
