Job summary

ABI Civil Contracting NSW is a progressive Australian civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW and ACT. We are seeking an experienced Senior Foreperson to join our delivery team and coordinate on-site activities, lead construction operations, and ensure projects meet schedules, quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have 4–8 years’ supervisory civil construction experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

Minimum 4–8 years’ experience in a similar civil construction supervisory role.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and programmes.
Commitment to WHS, productivity and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily onsite construction activities across allocated sections of works.
Supervise and direct site personnel, subcontractors, plant, and material resources.
Assist the Project Manager and Engineering team with programme implementation and delivery.
Monitor productivity and assist in achieving project milestones and targets.
Promote and maintain safe work practices in compliance with company procedures.
