Woollahra Council is seeking a Civic & Corporate Support Officer to join the Governance & Risk team on a permanent full-time basis. You will support printing, scanning, stationery orders and meeting room management, while backing the Mayor and Councillors with council meetings and events.
You'll be required to work outside normal hours and weekends as needed, with related allowances or overtime paid. A strong customer service focus and team orientation are essential.

About you
We are seeking to employ a Civic & Corporate Support Officer to join our Governance & Risk department at Woollahra Council on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Senior Executive Support Officer, you will support the effective and efficient running of the Corporate and Council support activities, by providinginternal customer support across the organisation in relation to printing, scanning, ordering of stationery and meeting room management along with providing administrative support to the team.
You will also act as the back up driver for the Mayor and support the Senior Executive Support Officer to maintain the Mayor’s Office and provide ongoingsupport to the Mayor &/or Councillors and staff in relation to Council, Committee meetings and/or events (including pre and post set up).
Due to the nature of this position, youwill need to be available to work outside of normal business hours and on weekends (as required). You will be paid the relevant allowances and/or overtime in recognition of this.
