Job summary

EVT is seeking a Cinema Worker Level 2 to support daily cinema operations and deliver outstanding customer service across multiple areas. The role involves handling front-of-house tasks, managing queues, aiding with campaigns, and participating in safety and training programs as required.

The successful candidate will demonstrate basic maths and English, cash handling skills, and a commitment to high presentation standards in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Competent in basic Maths and English.
• Cash handling experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard customer service to cinema patrons.
• Assist with opening, closing and shift change procedures.
• Contribute to cinema campaigns and maintain presentation standards.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and follow WHS policies.
• Manage queue and crowd flow, ensuring safety and enjoyment for guests.
