Job summary

Peoplebank Australia QLD is seeking a CIAM Operations Team Lead for an 18-month contract across ACT, NSW, and QLD with hybrid work. You will lead a CIAM operations team to ensure reliability, stability and performance of a high-profile identity platform, driving improvements in monitoring, runbooks, incident reduction and automation.

Qualifications

Knows OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, token lifecycle, federation, authN/authZ.
Proven operations leadership and capability uplift.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Skilled at creating and maintaining operational documentation.
Experience with SaaS/cloud identity and observability/log analytics tools.
Experience with APIs (REST/JSON), certificates/secrets, and integration troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the CIAM ops team; prioritise and drive service outcomes.
Monitor platform performance and report on operational metrics.
Manage incidents and end-to-end investigations (logs, root cause).
Coordinate releases and operational change across teams.
Improve SOPs/runbooks and cross-team operating processes.
