The Langham, Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Chuan Spa & Health Club Supervisor to lead daily spa operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee reception, therapists and staff, ensuring service standards, hygiene, and cost controls while collaborating with hotel departments to deliver outstanding results.

You will train staff, assist with recruitment, and promote continuous improvement to elevate guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Health and Fitness, or a related field is desirable.
• Previous experience in spa, health club, wellness, or hospitality operations, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of daily operational procedures, customer service standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, support, and develop a team.
• Passionate about guest satisfaction and delivering personalised, high-quality service.
• Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and a commitment to the highest level of guest service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using booking, membership, or point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster including weekends and public holiday.
• Hand on, able to multitask, work under pressure and drive a sense of urgency.

• Perform Beauty Therapy and Reception duties as and when required.
• Achieve and maintain a level of customer service within the department in order to achieve set GSI, Praise, and other audit results.
• Ensure guest feedback is sought and acted upon accordingly and promptly.
• Maintain a good rapport with regular clientele, and develop return business.
• Maintain Spa and Health Club Memberships including monthly targets, contracts and payments.

This position is an integral part of a high performing team, and a key contributor to the Hotel's ongoing success in delivery excellence.Reporting to the Chuan Spa Operations Manager, you will oversee and ensure the smooth day to day operations of the Chuan Spa and Health Club.

About the Role

As the Chuan Spa & Health Club Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Chuan Spa & Health Club, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Working closely with the Chuan Spa Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency. Through monitoring guest feedback and implementing continuous improvements, you will help elevate the overall guest experience and contribute to the ongoing success of Chuan Spa & Health Club.

Key Responsibilities

• Review hotel GuestSatisfaction scores and implements action plans to ensure targets areattained.
• Be the Spa trainerin the on going training for new and existing staff.

Assist Spa Operations Manager in Recruitment and Evaluation

• Assist with the recruitment, selection, and training and evaluation process of all relateddepartment staff.
