Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead nursing or midwifery teams in Adelaide CBD. You will support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to deliver safe, high-quality care and build capable teams across the ward, unit or service.

About the Role

Step into a rewarding leadership role where you will support and guide nursing or midwifery teams, strengthen quality care and help shape a positive ward, unit or service. You’ll work closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to build capable teams and deliver consistent, patient-centred care.

• Lead with strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
