Job summary

Argo Natural Resources is seeking a proactive CHPP Maintenance Planner for its Carborough Downs operation in Queensland. You will drive equipment availability, maintenance efficiency, and compliance across the Coal Handling and Preparation Plant, planning preventive maintenance and coordinating shutdowns.

You will work with Operations, Maintenance and Reliability teams to improve planning, eliminate recurring defects, and support budget and compliance requirements while ensuring critical assets

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP) assets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented planner with ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance to maximise plant availability.
• Coordinate shutdowns and overhauls with operations and reliability teams.
• Analyse maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and improve performance.
