Job summary

Argo Natural Resources invites applications for the Maintenance Superintendent role at Carborough Downs CHPP in Queensland. You will lead the CHPP maintenance team, overseeing planning, budgeting, and continual improvement to maximise reliability and safety.

You will ensure compliance with the CHPP Safety Management System and mining legislation while driving cost control, governance and efficient maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Fitting or Boilermaking).
• Experience in CHPP maintenance planning and equipment reliability.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, supplier management and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop CHPP maintenance across the plant and mobile equipment.
• Deliver strategic maintenance planning and execution with budgets, forecasting and cost control.
