Job summary

Argo Natural Resources in Queensland's Bowen Basin is seeking a Mechanical Coordinator - CHPP to lead mechanical maintenance planning across our operations. You will allocate people and equipment, set priorities and drive timely delivery to keep safety, reliability and production on track.

With a minimum of two years’ Coal Handling Preparation Plant experience and a relevant trade or engineering degree, you’ll promote a strong safety culture, lead a high‑performing team and use Pulse or similar

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Mechanical Coordinator within a Coal Handling Preparation Plant.
• Relevant Mechanical Trade qualification or Engineering degree.
• Current Supervisor qualifications (G1, G8, G9, G2).
• Strong commitment to safety and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate mechanical maintenance across operations.
• Lead allocation of people and equipment and set maintenance priorities.
• Drive timely delivery to maintain safety, reliability and production.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, production, budget and environmental objectives.
