Job summary

Agrowing Early Childhood Education Provider in Queensland is seeking 12 dedicated Childcare Workers to join its team on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards or hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Flexible, open-minded and willing to contribute new ideas

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision to children aged 0-6 years
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for learning
• Assist in delivering age-appropriate educational programs and activities
• Support curriculum planning and implementation in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Contribute to children's observations, learning documentation and electronic portfolios
• Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians and team members
