Warratah Early Learning in Woree, Cairns region invites three enthusiastic childcare workers to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will create a safe, welcoming environment, support a quality educational curriculum, communicate with families, and build warm relationships with children and their parents.

The role requires Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood and Care, computer literacy, and the ability to pass a National Police Check and the Queensland Working With Children Blue

Qualificações

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood and Care is required.
• Knowledge of National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
• Ability to pass a National Police Check and WWC Blue Card.

Warratah Early Learning is looking for 3 enthusiastic and passionate Childcare workers, full time position, which are located in Woree, Cairns region.

Qualification needed: Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care -or- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Your Work Role:

• Creating a safe, fun, warm and welcoming environment.
• Supporting and implementing a quality educational curriculum.
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable.
• Communicate with families and parents.
• Ability to develop warm & respectful relationships with children & families
• Computer literacy as we provide electronic programming & portfolios.
• Successful applicants must be able to Pass a National Police Check and hold a current Queensland Working With Children Blue Card.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• A positive approach to supporting children and their families within our community
• A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long term career within our company
• Have a strong work ethic and enthusiasm and lots of energy
• Be open-minded and innovative
• Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators
• Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents
• Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
• Have current First Aid Qualifications, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training, if successful.

Visa Sponsorship: The company has Business Sponsorship Approval from the Government to sponsor overseas of qualified workers which lets skilled people with a relevant occupations work in Australia for an employer who can't find suitable Australians to do the required work. This occupation falls within the Government's approved list of occupations. *Any successful sponsorship is subject to relevant Visa conditions/types, successful ACECQA skills assessment results, English test scores and successful trial period etc.

Minimum - 1 year experience
Salary: AUD$65,000 to AUD$75,000 a year.
