Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current AHPRA Registered Nurse status.
• First Aid and CPR certification are required.
• Experience in residential aged care and strong clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents.
• Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments and monitors health.
• Administers medications and treatments per guidelines.
• Develops, reviews and updates individualised care plans.
• Provides clinical leadership and supervision to staff.
• Mentors Graduate Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers.
• Collaborates with families, GPs, and allied health professionals.
• Ensures accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Promotes infection prevention and maintains standards of aged care.
