Qualifications

• Hold an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Or hold an approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and actively work toward an ACECQA-approved ECT qualification.
• Or be actively working toward an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification and have completed at least 50% of the qualification.
• Applicants applying under the 50% completion pathway must provide academic transcripts confirming the required study completion.
• Overseas-qualified Early Childhood Teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Meet relevant ACECQA qualification and skills assessment requirements.
• Meet applicable English language requirements.
• Meet the eligibility requirements for the relevant Australian visa pathway.
• Be able to obtain a Queensland Working with Children Blue Card.
• Be able to successfully complete a National Police Check.
• Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications, or obtain as required.
• Demonstrate genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Contribute ideas and innovative approaches to improve children's learning experiences.
• Participate in professional development, training and educator collaboration activities.
