Job summary

Explore and Grow (Duffy's Corner Occasional Child Care Centre Inc) is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to support learning for a group of children and collaborate with a close-knit team.

You will communicate effectively with families, monitor program effectiveness, and maintain a warm, secure, and stimulating environment that supports children's wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• ECEC-related qualification required or in progress (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, NQS and EYLF.
• Ability to build authentic, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
