• Tertiary qualification in social services or related field.
• Experience engaging clients in human services setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of child protection and development.
• Regional relocation willingness.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate safe child contact between separated parents.
• Supervise visits and handovers in a centre-based environment.
• Compile a report based on observations during visits.
• Ensure the child's welfare and safety during interactions.
• Provide modelling for parents as needed.
