Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales management or leadership role.
• Hands-on coach-player with ability to sell.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling high-performance sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Sales Executives crossing sold into the 23,000+ customer base.
• Drive attainment of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Define and implement operating rhythm: cadence, pipeline mgmt, call expectations, inspections.
• Develop and document scalable sales playbooks: discovery, demos, expansion, objections.
