Job summary

Ambition Recruitment is seeking a Head of Pricing Strategy for a newly created leadership role in Australia. The successful candidate will design the pricing function from the ground up, govern pricing analytics, and lead a team of five to deliver strategic outcomes across the business.

The role requires gravitas to engage CFOs and the leadership team, a track record of building pricing capability, and strong commercial and product fluency developed across sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Executive presence at executive level
• Strategic pricing / pricing governance
• People leadership of 5+ people
• Commercial and product fluency across sales and CS
• Change leadership and adoption of new ways of working

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy end-to-end: governance, analytics, performance reporting, and commercial outcomes
• Lead and develop a team of five
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CSO, and executive leadership team
• Build the pricing capability roadmap and future-state operating model
• Champion value-based, customer-centric pricing across the organisation
