Job summary

MinterEllison is seeking a Head of Pricing to lead the firm-wide pricing strategy, governance, and transformation. You will drive value-based pricing and AI-enabled capabilities, partnering with Finance, Data & Analytics, and CMG to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The role requires senior leadership, deep pricing expertise across models, and the ability to influence partners in a complex professional services environment.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in pricing, commercial strategy or finance.
Deep expertise in hourly rate, tender, value-based and AFAs.
Experience leading teams and managing senior direct reports.
Executive presence with stakeholder management.
Understanding of AI and data analytics in pricing.
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Law; postgraduate qualifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

Set and own the firm's pricing strategy and governance.
Lead annual rates process with oversight and executive visibility.
Monitor market pricing trends and advise leadership.
Develop playbooks and governance for pricing.
Oversee major tenders, RFPs and complex pricing.
Lead and develop pricing team and two direct reports.
Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics and CMG.
Drive AI-enabled pricing capabilities.
