Zusammenfassung

Greater West Landscapes is seeking an experienced People & Culture leader to build and scale the division from the ground up. Reporting to the General Manager and sitting with the Executive Leadership Group, you’ll shape workforce strategy, performance, development and engagement across 150–300+ staff.

You’ll lead culture, systems, onboarding, reporting and compliance, while remaining hands-on on site and in the executive table discussions as the business grows.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience across HR or People & Culture
• Experience building or growing a People & Culture function
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and employee relations
• Experience building performance, leadership development and employee engagement frameworks
• Experience working with mixed blue- and white-collar workforces
• Construction/civil/landscaping industry exposure preferred

• Lead culture and engagement initiatives across the organisation
• Build and optimise People Systems and reporting foundations
• Establish consistent performance development and leadership frameworks
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment
• Advise on employee relations and complex matters fairly and promptly
• Own remuneration strategies and compliance with employment contracts
• Contribute to long-term People strategy and organisational growth
