Brennan is recruiting for a Head of Service Delivery in Sydney to lead Brennan’s service delivery management function and drive exceptional outcomes for major managed services customers.

You will own satisfaction, performance, and profitability, unifying delivery across Brennan’s engagements and shaping a future-ready service organization. This senior role requires influencing senior leaders, Sales and delivery teams to achieve sustained value.

Formación

• Significant experience leading service delivery/operations in managed services or technology services.
• Proven ability to develop teams, manage performance, and foster a high‑performing culture.
• Experience with large, multi‑service enterprise accounts (ideally $1m+ annual value).
• Strong commercial judgement on margins, contracts, resources and profitability.
• Deep ITSM/ITIL knowledge across multiple technology areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Brennan’s service delivery management function to build an engaged, accountable team.
• Own customer satisfaction, contract performance and account profitability across the portfolio.
• Identify underperforming accounts and implement plans to improve profitability and service performance.
• Develop and execute a clear service management strategy and annual plan to mature capabilities.
• Coordinate Managed and Professional Services delivery to present Brennan as one unified team.
• Ensure commitments are met, risks are managed, and delivery supports retention and growth.
